About the Role

Here at My Storage, we operate a modern, multi-location storage company focused on strong customer experience and well-maintained facilities. We believe in a family-oriented team environment where accountability, initiative, and performance are rewarded.

This role is primarily focused on Sales, customer service and facility management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day condition of our sites, supporting customers on location, and ensuring our facilities remain clean, secure, and operating at a high standard.

There are opportunities to grow into a sales position for individuals who consistently demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and results. Your growth within the company is directly tied to your drive and output.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay: $18/hour

Performance Incentives Include:

  • 10% commission - all sales & facility-related charges (damages, dumping, cancellations, tailgating, etc..)
  • $20 per 5-star Google review / $200 Google Review Contest per pay period
  • 10%-15% commission on all walk in sales and leads
  • $2 per qualified lead generated and entered into the system
  • Some Civic holidays included
  • Extended health benefits after one year

This role rewards individuals who take ownership of their sites, deliver excellent customer experiences, and actively uphold company policies.

This position is customer service and facility-facing, with strong potential for growth. Individuals who consistently perform at a high level, generate sales, and show leadership will be considered for future opportunities within our Sales Team, including access to higher earning potential and expanded responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple facilities, including:

  • Customer service experience; payments, move in & truck rentals, general inquiries
  • Completing daily site checks at Belleville North, Belleville South, Trenton (gas covered)
  • Sweeping halls and units, picking up garbage and debris
  • Monitoring for dumping, damages, tailgating, and policy violations
  • Shoveling and salting entrances as required
  • Cleaning office and common areas daily
  • Programming fobs and assisting with access
  • Identifying and reporting facility issues and damages
  • Completing daily and weekly site reports
  • Completing bank runs and site travel as required

This is a hands-on, on-site role and not only a desk-based position.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and a vehicle
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Full availability, including weekends
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Computer literate with strong communication skills
  • Physically capable of completing cleaning and facility duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
