Do you have a passion for helping others? Are you seeking a full-time, work from home position? Look no further!

As a Customer Success Coach, you'll play a key role as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. You'll provide personalized support to help them configure and launch Member365.

Our team thrives on collaboration and continuous learning, engaging with clientele from across the globe. We take pride in our ability to effectively tackle challenges and unite in celebrating achievements.

A typical day includes:

  • Meeting with customers via Zoom to help them setup and use Member365
  • Supporting customers via admin chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries submitted through our helpdesk
  • Collaborating with team members to provide resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Bridge the gap between support requests and our knowledge base - adding new content when the need arises and modifying existing articles to make them stronger
  • Creating new videos to help clients use Member365
  • Inform management of recurring support issues and requests so that we can keep a pulse on our customer base and how to improve our service offering.
