Full job description

A Kelowna Management Company is seeking an individual with a proficient and extensive background working with the following business applications and areas

  • Quickbooks-On-Line
  • Power Pay (Ceridian Payroll)
  • Microsoft Work
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Website Management
  • Corporate Administration

Responsibilities will include overseeing and completing the monthly and annual accounting for four small businesses; two retirement facilities; two small corporate payrolls; and the maintenance of the associated corporate books and records. In addition, this individual will be expected to assist the President of the Company with client negotiations and contracts.

The ideal candidate wil have a post secondary education in business and/or accounting, have up to ten years expereince, and will need to demonstrate their proficiency in the business applications and areas identified. It is anticipated that your work week will be Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday off.
