  • Manage your pipeline end-to-end inside Oneday Pro, our proprietary sales platform built to remove friction and help you move faster
  • Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly targets — and get rewarded for it
  • Deliver an honest, consultative experience that earns trust and referrals

What we're looking for

  • An active LLQP license (or willingness to obtain one before start - let us know where you stand)
  • Proven sales ability - life insurance experience is a strong asset, but we'll consider sharp closers from adjacent fields
  • Comfort working leads by phone and digitally, with the discipline to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote, results-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to do right by clients
