There is potential to work out of any of our 3 offices – London / Glencoe / Chatham

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an existing portfolio
  • Maximizing client retention
  • Supporting existing Team Members
  • Follow set procedures and processes
  • Working on company portals and within our Brokerage Management System (TAM) to service and process client requests/changes
  • Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring Service Excellence Standards are met
  • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries
  • Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service verbally, written and/or electronic communication form
  • Ability to clearly explain coverage and limits to clients while making recommendations to their ever changing needs
  • Conduct customer file reviews and ensure accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as a Team
  • Achieve performance objectives

Qualifications:

  • RIBO licensed
  • Personal Lines Account Management (1 yr minimum/3+ yrs preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
