(PC)- Project Coordinator FPMD is looking for an Experienced Project Coordinator who is highly motivated, organized, and a self-starter. You will work directly with the owner completing projects.
Project Coordinator
Providing initial response and completing documentation for RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s, bid requests, pre-qualification questionnaires, etc
Responding to document requests for Certificates of Insurance, WCB Clearance, Certificates of Incorporation, drawings, etc
Coordinating all phases of installation
Scheduling deliveries with clients in accordance with the delivery and construction schedules
Following up with Clients and Contractors to confirm site readiness
Maintaining construction schedules; update and periodically report on progress
Site visits and Client consultation
Providing clients with Job Completion Packages (Training, Warranty and Maintenance packages)
Maintaining project files, job diaries, and site photos
Other related duties as required
Qualifications
1 – 3 years Project Coordination experience within a construction environment
Knowledge of design and construction processes and terms
Experience preparing and managing construction documents
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced capabilities in Excel, Word and project scheduling software
Must have a reliable vehicle and Valid D/L to travel to sites
