Description of qualifications : - A minimum of 3 years in a Store Manager position in retail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative thinker with excellent problem solving skills - Ability to organize, plan and execute initiatives in a timely manner - Embraces Company initiatives and acts as a change agent to ensure directives are met. - Able to receive feedback and implements change in a timely manner. - Able to hire staff and build effective teams - Has an overall retail vision.

Various terms : - This position is a full-time position (minimum 40 hrs per week). - Each shift consists of 8 hours minimum. - Commits to the hours necessary to fulfill all management responsibilities. - Available to work days, nights and week-end shifts - Extended hours during Christmas Season - Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings. - Works in a standing/walking position. - Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of products/boxes/racks/stands. - Uses ladders as required.
