POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Counter Representative responds to customer inquiries. The responsibilities include the following:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Learning UPS shipment rates and features of service
Tracing packages and following claim procedures
Billing and collection procedures
Processing pick up orders
Communicating internally with operating centres and other departments
Excellent customer service
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
Available to work daily, Monday through Friday
Able to lift 70lbs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
