This position reports to the Manager Customer Service.
Main challenges
Offer customers personalized service and identify their needs
Perform basic operational activities
Complete planned training activities in order to obtain the desired level of knowledge for this function
Learn and respect established policies, standards and procedures
Inform customers on a specific range of Bank products and services related to your function, and make suggestions
Answer telephone calls and respond to customers' requests based on your knowledge
Qualifications
Completed High school diploma and two years' relevant experience, or completed College diploma
Sales and customer service experience
Knowledge of banking products and services, an asset
English (spoken and written)

Paticular condition (Extern)
:
Part-time position of 25 hours per week over 5 days
Work schedule requires evening and week-end shifts, on rotation (Wednesdays and Thurdays until 8pm and Saturdays until 3pm)
