Montreal is recruiting an HTML5/CSS 3/Javascript developer for the production
of an online game. The ideal candidate
will report to the lead programmer as a member of the UI team. Responsibilities include the development of game
menus in HTML5, to actively participate in the development and improvement of
the UI framework (C++/Javascript), and to act as a technical expert with
regards to web technologies to find the best technical solutions to problems
faced by the team. The candidate will
have to cut-out and integrate assets provided by the art team while remaining
conscientious of the performance and memory limitation of the platform
(PC). The incumbent will be an expert in
Javascript to develop dynamic pages and should be familiar AJAX while
maintaining a global vision of the UI development for the game, allowing the
development of generic concepts with a goal to build a library of reusable
assets.
