We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and prioritization skills as a Project Management Office Administrator (12 month term) within our National Information Technology department located in Stellarton, NS. As a Project Management Office Administrator you will provide administrative support to the National IT departments, focusing on IT purchasing (hardware and software) and invoice administration, financial reporting and general IT support.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
Perform invoice administration, including: review and preparation of invoices prior to submitting for processing; and, working directly with vendors to ensure that all charges are properly accounted
Process purchase orders, and maintain records as required
Provide support for maintenance and administration of Telecommunications Billing (e.g. BlackBerry, Bell Land Line, and Data billing)
Prepare and distribute regular reports relating to IT charges. This may include areas such as: IBM leasing; SAP consultant charges, Cost Centre Actual reports, and IT Download charges
Review and update maintenance agreements
Provide support to the Project Management financial process through the monitoring and completion of project financial reports, time detail, resource and cost centre actual reports
Assist in the maintenance of project share point sites
Perform Ad-hoc requests and administration, including: investigation of cost centre charges, vacation coverage for team members, etc.

Advanced level competence in MS Office tool suite

1-3 of administrative or clerical experience
College diploma in Office Administration or related field, or equivalent education/ work experience
Knowledge of Project management and accounting methodologies
