Parkstone Enhanced Care
Parkstone, located in Clayton Park, Halifax is a licensed, accredited nursing home providing health services and support to 194 clients.
Reporting to the Vice President, Enhanced Care Division, the Administrator provides leadership to an interdisciplinary team responsible for the delivery of quality care and services to clients. In addition to the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients, families and employees, the Administrator will play an integral role in supporting the philosophy of service, “Your Life. Your Choice. Your Home”.
The Administrator manages and coordinates the integrated operations of the nursing home, oversees the effective and efficient use of resources, ensures the achievement of annual goals, and instills a culture of continuous quality improvement, accountability and excellence. The Administrator will also participate in strategic and operational decision making as a member of Shannex’s Senior Management Team.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in health related field or business;
Masters in Health or Business preferred;
Five years management experience or equivalent;
Previous experience in long-term care an asset.
