Roles and Responsibilities :
� Manage data migration from IBM to DELL servers.
� Ensure Dell Servers and Peripherals are installed and tested by Field technicians as per the client's documented processes.
� Ensure Dell desktops are installed and tested by Field technicians as per the client's documented processes.
� Ensure HP printers are installed by Field technicians as per the client's documented processes.
� Effectively manage the delivery of the �delta� code by Tivoli Software Distribution team.
� Effectively coordinate installation of equipment by vendors (Servers, desktops & printers).
� Provide effective and knowledgeable service to complete all Pathway Connect Hardware Refresh deliverables.
� Provide prompt and courteous customer service at all times.
� Review conversion activity with installation Team Lead and ensure technician(s) have completed activity and testing as per scope of work
� Provide technical information and services to project teams
� Ensure project deadlines are met, all outstanding issues are documented, escalated and resolved in a timely manner
� Effectively provide in depth analysis and attention to incidents and create detailed reports and resolutions
� Ensure all solutions/fixes are documented and kept up-to-date in knowledgebase
� Accurately update technical databases and utilities. I.e. AD, CCM, SQL
Qualifications
� Completion of Microsoft Certification preferred i.e. MCP, MCSE
� Strong technical and problem analysis skills
� Strong Customer Service skills and experience
� Strong communication skills � verbal and written
