Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
To ensure that all payroll and benefit functions are administered in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
Qualifications & skills:
Must have minimum of 3-years of working with ADP - People@Work, Pay@work, ADP EZlabour
Must have experience processing hourly payroll for more than 250 employees in a 3-shift manufacturing environment
Must have experience creating various crystal reports
Experience managing employee group benefits (on-line)
Experience preparing payroll reports for finance department
Prepare year end reconciliation reports for EHT, WSIB, T4 adjustments etc.
Assist HR Manager in employee orientation and various other HR functions, when required.
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook
