Locations: Surrey, Delta, White Rock, South Surrey areas

Skill Requirements
Education Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university, Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.)Social Service Worker (SSW) Diploma, Community Support Worker (CSW) Diploma

Experience: Experience is preferred and would be considered an asset

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting - Group home

Clients - Male, Female, Persons with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

Education or training
Specific Skills
Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services, Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs, Resolve conflict situations, Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses, Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients, Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research

Additional Skills - Food preparation

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities - Fast-paced environment, Must work well under pressure

Transportation/Travel Information - Own vehicle, Valid driver's license,

Criminal record check - must be completed within the last 12 months
Driver's abstract - must have a clean drivers abstract within the last 3 years
Must have a TB test completed within the last 6 months
