Your contribution The Baler is responsible for securely processing the client material brought in every day. The baler helps the team be a success by ensuring the trucks and equipment are in ready order for service everyday. In addition, the Baler may be responsible for purchasing shop tools and supplies, truck tools and safety equipment; scheduling outside truck repairs, scheduling inside repairs on heavy machinery; and communicating with others on pre-trip, post trip and repair requests. Job Requirements ? Basic knowledge of truck operations. ? Basic knowledge of forklift truck driving. ? Mechanical aptitude in running hydraulic systems. ? Safety conscious. ? Strong team orientation. ? Ability to work with minimal supervision. ? Grade 12 or equivalent. All successful candidates will be required to participate in a full security clearance.
