One of our most esteeemed Clients, a prominent Law Firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, is actively searching for a Workers' Compensation Attorney, licensed in the State of South Carolina, to complete a two (2) to three (3) year contract position for a special project. The candidate must be willing to relocate to S.E. Florida and the Employer will pay full moving expenses for the relocation.
The ideal candidate will have two (2) to five (5) years of Workers' Compensation experience, preferably with a mid to large sized Law Firm. Strong in depth workers' compensation litigating experience with cases involving chemical exposures, asbestos, etc., is necessary. Membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar Association is imperative. Strong academic credentials from a top tier Law School would be considered an asset.
The applicant will have experience working in a fast-paced work environment, be detail-oriented and have excellent communication, research and writing skills. You shall be a talented and diverse Attorney who places a high value on professionalism while providing the highest quality legal services to its clients.
The successful candidiate we be rewarded with excellent compensation. Membership with the Florida Bar Association is not required for this position.
