The Inside Sales Support role will provide tremendous value by being available to the sales organization through a consistent level of interaction, and by being a central resource or team ‘champion’ for all order processing issues
Responsibilities :
Work with ISR’s to facilitate the accurate and timely processing of all purchase orders
Accurately enter valid purchase orders into our procurement system with correct pricing
Follow up with customers and/or sales on any incomplete information from purchase orders
Manage customer expectations to proactively communicate order delivery dates
Understand internal process regarding all aspects of order management
Run and proactively manage the open order report daily and expedite product as required.
Notify Sales of any delivery issues
Re-allocate product as required based on delivery requirements
Support assigned ISR’s with order entry and quoting where necessary
Act as back up and over flow to ISR team
Proactively learn customer processes
Assist with processing RMA requests
