Your contribution The Sales Office Coordinator enhances the effectiveness of the branch by coordinating the reception operations. Handling incoming calls will deman approximately 50% of the weekly schedule with Administrative functions filling the other 50%. Requirements: - Committed to excellent customer service. - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Excellent organization skills. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Bilingual English/French - High School graduate with minimum of 4 years working experience or College diploma with 1?2 years previous office experience in a similar capacity. - Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience - Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows and MS Outlook.
