Job Responsibilities :|
The successful candidate will join our growing Remediation Team in the Calgary office, serving a large oil and gas client. It is expected the candidate will be self-motivated, and will demonstrate strong time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Perform general administrative functions including: word processing, maintain calendars, proposal coordination, travel arrangements, meeting set-up, filing etc, as required.
Product for copying and follow through on completion and courier packages.
Support the Group Manager as required.
Checking on progress of projects.
Preparing usage reports and invoices for accounting.
Assisting in co-ordinating staff.
Job Requirements :
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
1+ years in an administrative role.
Intermediate Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with experience working with style sheets (templates) and advanced section breaks in Word.
Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
Ability to act independently using sound judgement and initiative.
Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
Excellent organizational skills.
