Masters Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent (e.g. BS with 10 yrs; PhD with 4 yrs)
At least 3 years in leadership role in HiTech industry with direct responsibility for minimum 5 staff members

Proven track record of leadership in hiTech industry
Able to manage a team of highly-skilled engineers and technologists
Excellent motivation, conflict resolution and mentoring skills
Excellent task prioritization and planning skills
Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Test Methodologies and metrics gathering
Solid knowledge of PC Graphics and related technologies (3D Graphics, Multimedia, Compute)
Solid knowledge of Graphics Device Driver architecture, core components, interfaces
Solid knowledge of PC Platform Architecture
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux based Operating Systems
Solid understanding of Graphics Device and Driver Development Lifecycle including all phases from concept to certification / customer enablement
Up-to-date on emerging technologies, PC and Graphics industry trends, futures, inflection points
Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to operate independently with little supervision

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results for better customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, time-to-market
Responsible for development and deployment of a comprehensive skills development plan for the team
Collaborate with diverse engineering, marketing and customer support organizations on strategic project planning, cross-team initiatives etc.
