Process reservations for a growing portfolio of over 75 luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. Provide information and availability information on general inquiry calls. Assist guests and travel professionals with customer service inquiries. Fulfill brochure requests and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
High School diploma achieved.
Currently enrolled in or graduate of post-secondary hospitality program an asset.
Sales and Customer Service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
Excellent telephone handling and sales skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills (spelling and grammar).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Skilled with computers and internet.
Excellent typing skills (min 30-40 WPM).
Minimum 20 hours per week required - can fluctuate according to business needs.
