A university degree and a diploma or a certificate in Law.
A minimum of eight (8) years in the Access to information and privacy.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the federal government context.
Experience in reviewing and analyzing highly complex, sensitive access to information and privacy (ATIP) requests.
Experience in preparing detail analyses of files subject to review by the Federal Court and participates in the preparation of exhibits and affidavits.
Experience using ATIP Flow/APCM software within the last six (6) years.
