Concierges will be scheduled as early as 7am and as late as 10pm. Operating hours are subject to change depending on business demands.

The Spa Concierge is often the first and last point of contact for eforea clients, and as such, must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and present a professional demeanor at all times. Making reservations for spa services and generating incremental revenue opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling other spa services are integral responsibilities of this role. The Spa Concierge strives to create a unique spa experience in a warm, comfortable environment for each guest at the spa and endeavors to resolve client concerns as they arise. The Spa Concierge interacts with all members of the eforea team and provides support to service providers, support staff, and management as required.
·Answer reception phones and book spa service reservations using professional phone etiquette and according to spa standard operating procedures.
·Provide facility tours as requested and enthusiastically promote all other services and facilities of the hotel and spa.
·Maintain current product knowledge about all spa services and products offered.
·Accurately check out spa clients in POS and reiterate the home care recommendations made by service providers.
·Responsible for maintaining your Cash Float and performing cash handling duties on a daily basis.
·Keep front desk, reception, and retail areas neat and tidy at all times.
·Communicate all client concerns to the Spa Concierge Supervisor.
·Accurately enter client contact information into SpaBooker database from consent forms.
·Assist other members of the Spa team in ensuring that each client has a seamless and enjoyable spa experience (e.g. order room service, offer beverages, etc.).
·Previous experience in a spa preferred
·Excellent communication skills
·Ability to provide above average customer service
·Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
·Sales experience an asset
