Job Description (EN):
Position Summary:

TaxChambers' Toronto office is seeking a Junior Legal/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team immediately.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Reception responding and directing incoming calls and greeting clients
Filing, copying, faxing and scanning
Sort and distribute mail
Maintenance of storage system
Daily bank run and other various office errands
Ordering stationary/office supplies
Providing other clerical support as requested
Other various admin/clerical duties as required
Drafting documents for submission to government entities
Reviewing legal documents for lawyers and staff

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Willing and able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
Ability to deal with confidential information
