I. Position Title

Warehouse Associate/Administrator.

II. Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager & Afternoon Supervisor, the individual is responsible for improving the customer experience through the completion of the day to day operational duties of unloading, put away, picking, staging goods and data entry and is responsible to complete all duties set out in a safe and efficient manner.

III. Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for upholding Regional Tire’s Customer Service commitment.

Perform of regular warehouse work as required by the Afternoon Supervisor including but not limited to: shipping (loading), receiving (unloading), order picking, storage and staging of all products within the assigned warehouse in a timely and accurate manner.

Responding to e-mails.

Responsible for the implementation of the Receipting SOP for all products within the assigned branch.

Responsible for the completion (data entry) of the Cycle Count SOP within the assigned branch on a daily basis.

Maintaining shipping/receiving records and files. Scanning and filing of digital and hard copies.

Responsible to comply with H&S policies.

Handling all can’t find issues and miss shipments notifying relevant personnel.

Preparation of LTL shipments invoiced out during Afternoon Shift.

Handling any invoice modifications.

Other duties as required.

Reports to the Operations Manager & Afternoon Supervisor,

V. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


A Customer Service Attitude.

Some post secondary education or equivalent in administration.
Experience in the tire industry would be considered a definite asset.

Skilled in Microsoft Office.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically Costar.
Work autonomously with superior attention to detail.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with various functions and organization levels.

Ability to train others.

Cherry picker or reach truck experience would be an asset.


This is an afternoon shift that is not in place as of yet. The training for this shift will take place during the day shift from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday for roughly a month until the team is prepared and ready to move to the afternoon. Regular shift, once in place, will be Mon-Thurs (3pm-12am), Friday (3pm-11pm)

Position is located in Scarborough, Ontario
Salary starting at $15.00/hour + benefits after probation.
44 Hours a week.
