We are looking for an outgoing, English & French speaking, individual to take on the position. The Contact Centre Agent will handle a variety of Inbound and Outbound calls.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluent in both English and French languages (Written and Spoken)
- Relatable customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Experience in a contact centre environment is an asset
Salary:
$13.50 to $17.00 Hourly, 40.00 Hours per week, Other Benefits
