Ensure a high level of customer service by:
Supporting the advisor in the regular review of client’s portfolios to identify client needs, and recommend financial products and services.
Create and provide detailed financial plans and strategies for clients.
Prepare financial planning materials for client meetings.
Prepare appropriate documentation for mutual funds, segregated funds, insurance, and savings products.
Participate in the branch marketing program and contribute by offering ideas and suggestions.
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance products including segregated funds, life and income insurance products, term and investment products
Good knowledge of Financial Planning concepts.
Proficient in building spreadsheets and doing analytical work
Understanding of Industry and Dealer compliance regulations.
Financial Planning designation (CFP) or (PFP) or enrollment in the program.
Mutual fund Licensed
Life licensed preferred but not necessary
