Currently looking to fill a Part-Time Call Centre Supervisor Position in the Dundas and Kipling Area. (TTC Accessible)
Must be Available to work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Main Responsibilities include:
· Managing various projects to maximize call centre productivity and quality
· Communicating effectively with staff as well as upper management
· Strong ability to meet deadlines
· Strong communication skills – Both written and spoken
· Ability to prioritize as well as multitask
· Professional attitude
· Responsible and reliable
