The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for greeting and welcoming Gold and Diamond Hilton Honours guests; setup and teardown of the food and beverage stations; ensure proper stock of all items; assist guests with their requests throughout their duration of their stay and refer to guests by their names if known. ‘Make It Right’ if the guest experiences any problems is your top priority.
Not only are we looking for some passionate about hospitality and taking care of all our guests needs but also:
Previous Server/Bar or related experience in a hotel environment required.
Demonstrated commitment and passion to maximizing guest satisfaction in each stage of the guest experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Proven ability to multi-task.
Must be consistently available for proposed shifts and hours.
Appearance must be neat and well groomed.
Must possess strong communication skills & positive attitude.
Smart Serve certification required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We do require candidates to be available on weekdays, weekends and holidays for both early morning and evening shifts.
