Duties:
- Wash dishes, pots and pans by hand and by dishwashers;
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipments(deep fryer and grill), and change of deep fryer oil on a daily basis
- Food preparation - wash, peel and cut vegetables, fruit and meat
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in appropriate storage areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Assist cook/chef to prepare/heat/finish simple food items and pack take-out orders.
- Other duties assigned by the cook/chef
Experience: not required
Education: some secondary
Qualification: hard-working, quick learner, physically fit as lifting heavier objects is rquired from time to time
Wage: $11.00/hr to start. Medical benifit and possible increase in salary after 3 months probation
