#engagementlabs is looking for a Social Media Analyst & Strategist who will create and manage reports and ad campaigns. If you have a firm grasp of digital advertising, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytic and problem solving skills, read on:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of #engagementlabs Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives including reporting and analytic applications
  • Creates, examines and validates business reports in BI tools
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple data sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish ad-hoc user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously while being detail oriented
  • Work under the direction of management as well as independently
  • Manage a positive return on ad budget;
  • Run campaigns with leading digital advertising networks;
  • A-Z campaign management including: prospecting, negotiation, trafficking, testing and optimization;
  • Cultivate direct advertising relationships and on-board new partners;
  • Manage media buys across multiple advertising platforms and channels;
  • Develop strategies (creative, pricing, relationships) for traffic growth;

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field with at least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Highly analytical with a solid understanding of data modeling and database design
  • Proficient with report design and development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts
  • Ability to identify, track and see issues through to resolution
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a diverse and cross-functional team environment
  • Active in social media
