Being a Sales Representative.
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Montréal, QC – 13 December 2013
My experience at Vector marketing was positive because I got to experience doing something that I do not like, making phone calls. I get nervous by making phone calls but I feel better after making them. It can be hard to set up appointments because of scheduling conflicts that potential customers have. The good news of appointments is that you get paid even if customers do not buy anything and therefore, the sales rep. does not need to pressure customers to buy anything.
The negative side is that there are three days of training or about 15-20 hours of long unpaid training which is unfortunate because they are long and may discourage employers to stay with Vector Marketing.
