Maplesoft Group is currently looking to identify a Helpdesk Analyst to join one of our Calgary clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will assistance with client incidents, service requests and problems related to hardware, software and infrastructure. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial.
Responsibilities:
Remotely provide technical and administrative support relating to the IT environments Resolve user problems by using process documentation and technical tools\ Forward Incidents and Service Requests to the appropriate second level support teams Follow day to day operational requirements as set out by the Service Desk Team Lead and/or Client Services Coordinator
Required Skills:
Previous hands on experience with PC’s, printers, MS Office (Mandatory) A minimum of three years’ experience working with a busy Help Desk/Service Desk environment supporting an IT Enterprise. Desire to help others, and develop new skills Team player Customer Service focused Detail oriented Motivated and takes initiative Results oriented (Mandatory) Strong, proven Customer Service skills and be able to deal effectively with difficult clients over the telephone Excellent trouble shooting skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent documentation skills and the ability to function within a team environment (Mandatory)
