At Ajilon, we are recruiting for a SUPERSTAR Customer Service Representative/Administrator for a full-time permanent position in the downtown core.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer questions/inquiries/concerns, responding to costing and coverage, recording and updating customer information, and/or resolve customer problems all in a very busy, corporate environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of direct Call Centre experience combined with completed post-secondary education and ideally exposure in an administrative role creating letters and correspondence. The successful candidate will also have exceptional oral and written communication skills (which will be tested) and strong technical abilities in the MS Office programs. This is a career opportunity for someone looking for work Monday through Friday with during general business hours in a corporate and professional organization.
