POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be working on the Payment SDK team as part of the larger App World team. You will be part of a team whose only focus is to help our BlackBerry Development Community to make money. To do this you will extend the existing Payment SDK, support the SDK on multiple platforms, provide code samples and support our developers. We use an Agile development methodology and work in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years software development experience in C++

5+ development experience in an n-tier architecture, OO design, and design patterns

3+ years in large scale clustered enterprise systems development

2+ years experience in Web Services (SOAP, XML, WSDL, JAX-RPC)

Strong knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

Strong verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience in writing design documents

Strong, proven individual and team performer

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

Hands-on experience with J2EE Application Servers (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat)

Hands-on experience with Oracle Databases

Exposure to additional XML technologies
