Modis is searching for an experienced Technical/Network Architect assignment in the Ottawa area.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Technical Architect position
- Minimum 3 years experience with development of network infrastructure and MS Windows environment
- Minimum 3 years experience with designing virtualized solutions using VMWare
- Minimum 2 years working in a MS Sharepoint environment
Preferred Experience:
- Work experience at Federal, Provincial, or Municipal government level
- Experience in application and technical architecture development
- Managing and coordinating solution development
- Demonstrated experience with architecture frameworks
- Service Oriented Modeling Framework
- Zachman Framework
- Enterprise Architect
- System Architect
- Department of Defense Architecture Framework ( U.S. or Canada )
- Open Group Architecture
- Technical Architecture for Information Management
Preferred Education:
- A degree in business or engineering or related disciplines (Ex.administration, finance or science)
- A diploma in business or technology or related disciplines (Ex.administration, finance or science)
