We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in our Geriatric Outpatient Services located at Queen's Park Care Centre in New Westminster, British Columbia.

This position offers you the opportunity to:

• Provide short term treatment and follow-up services in outpatient setting
• Present education sessions and health Promotion programs to clients
• Liaise between hospitals and community health care programs

To be the successful candidate, you will have:

• Graduated from an approved school of Nursing
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
• Recent 2 years experience in acute medical or experience working with older adults with chronic illnesses
• Successful completion of post-basic courses in gerontological nursing
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitations Certificate
• Valid BC drivers' license and access to a vehicle
