Our Regina based client is currently looking for a Web Developer.

Key Responsibilites include:

• Design and develop web applications for our portal and cloud initiatives
• Implement security mechanisms for web service and web-tier
• Configure, package, and deploy web application and services
• Integrate with other web frameworks and cloud technologies
• Develop functions for service interaction, integration, and processing layers
• Program with low level APIs for data and message exchanges, for web and integration tiers
• Analyze and gather resource requirements to develop the service layer of client initiatives
• Work with select users and the business solution team to ensure that the interface and functionality of the portal is user friendly and intuitive
• Coordinate, prepare, and deliver technical requirements and software specifications within information assurance projects
• Test and improve software components and maintain versions
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of well designed, accessible, and useable portal services
• Improve coding standards and follow best practices for application maintainability and performance
• Integrate web-tier solutions with identity and access management frameworks, and messaging solutions
• Write SQL scripts and procedures and optimize queries
