Responsibilities:
Our Regina office has an immediate need for an Architect with proven design skills, mature understanding of architectural practice, strong interest in business development, and a desire to be involved in a multidisciplinary team environment. As the successful candidate your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide expertise in the design of buildings
Advocate for design excellence
Be the primary client contact on projects
Participate in strategic business development
Complete projects within timelines and budgets
Advise on approaches to project delivery
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Mentor junior and intermediate staff
Assist in the preparation of deliverables at all project phases
Support Contract Administrators during the construction phase
Support good policies on project delivery, quality control, and safety

Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced architect to join our team and become a key designer and business developer.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of experience, or more
Registration, or immediate eligibility to register with the Saskatchewan Association of Architects
Experience in healthcare is highly desirable
Strong desire to attract top clients and the best projects
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, especially younger teams
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated experience in a variety of project types and project delivery methods
Willingness to understand how information is created in Revit
Strong interest in the art of design presentations
Proven technical understanding of building science and construction contracts
