Boardwalk Gaming Val Caron is one of 2 e-gaming centers in the City of Greater Sudbury. Formerly operating as Valley Bingo, Boardwalk Val Caron is the 7th egaming centre to be launched in the province of Ontario. In conjunction with OLG, local charities and the municipality, Boardwalk Val Caron will be introducing electronic bingo to their facility beginning at the end of August 2012. The project is now being rolled out across the province to other locations, and new bingo product is being added to the centres. This will allow the centres to appeal to a broader market of consumers looking for new and innovative forms of entertainment. The centre in Val Caron provides direct funding to local charities - over $7 Million in the past 7 years alone.
Boardwalk Gaming Centre in Val Caron has a vacancy for the position of Facility Manager, who will lead a direct team of over fifty employees.
This offers a unique opportunity for a proven Manager who has a track record of leading a team, building a solid business, a high standard of customer service, working within pre-agreed budgetary limits and effectively executing the Gaming Centre strategy.
The successful candidate will be leveraging their previous experience in developing the Gaming Centre. Ideally, this experience will be based in the service, tourism or entertainment sectors and you would be able to demonstrate, through a portfolio of evidence, your successful track record.

The successful applicant must be able to be licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (criminal background check)
