Manpower is currently looking for experienced Well Service Operators to work for our client, a global oil and gas organization, in either Medicine Hat, AB.

As a Well Service Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally compliant operation of any assigned area.

This role's key responsibilities include: Operating assigned equipment during treatment and/or cementing connections as per direction from supervisor; Rigging up/down treating and/or cementing connections, iron, hoses, and valves and securing items on transport units; Driving assigned transport from the well site to the designated office or next well site; Mixing of chemicals for various jobs; and Maintaining and repairing equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess:
High School Diploma
Class 1 or Class 3 license (full Class 5's may be considered)
Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
Ability to frequently push/pull up to 50lbs
Mechanical aptitude
Good analytical/decision-making skills
The ability to work efficiently/effectively under pressure
Motivation and ability to positively contribute as part of a team
