General Description:
LN Land Development Technologies Inc. is currently looking for a intermediate/experienced Civil Technologist/Survey Technologies to join the team. As the company is growing it needs to keep up with supporting field crews from the office.

Your Duties will Include:

• Designing of small earthwork jobs
• Calc's of layouts for field crews
• Managing an organized and efficient working environment
• Drafting
• Volume Calculations
• QA/QC of survey data
• Help implement new survey standards and controls for a better end product
• Data Prep for Machine Controls (Building Surfaces)
• May be required to occasionally work in the field surveying

Skills and Qualifications:

• University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Tech/Survey Tech Program is preferred, and or experience in the field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the Civil/Survey role is required.
• Valid Class five (5) Drivers License or better with clean abstract.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D 2011-2012
• Experience with Trimble Geomatics Office
• Experience with Starnet is an asset.
• Experience with Microsurvey is an asset.
• Experience dealing with clients and a team player with field crews
• Experience in Price and reconciliations of LEM (Labour, equipment and Material)
• Must have experience with large dirt work jobs (Volume Tracking Etc)
