Read and interpret blue prints
Visually inspect parts for any non-conformance
Operate a variety of hand tools: air tools, rotary files, knives to smooth the surfaces of metal airplane parts according to paperwork
Transport parts manually or by using a hoist or crane
Wash parts, follow MOS to attached details to part prior to pressure wash
Clean work area and equipment
Complete paperwork and update on computer
Work safely
Preferred Work Experience:
Ability to read blue prints
Previous manufacturing/assembly line experience
Experience/Education Requirements:
Grade 12 or GED
Clear Criminal Background Check
Basic computer skills (skills will be tested)
Strong attention to detail
CSA safety footwear - steel toe boots (mandatory)
Access to reliable transportation, as public transportation is not yet available to this area
