Our client, IBM, is currently seeking a Call Centre Representative for a 12 month position with the possibility of extension of up to 5 years. You will be supporting clients globally with inbound technical problems, including but not limited to operating systems, hardware / software and connectivity issues. The position is located in Calgary, Alberta and you will be reporting to IBM Management, in conjunction with your dedicated on-site Kelly Services Staffing Partner.

The pay rate for this opportunity is $17.50/hour +4% vacation pay

**You are required to be available to work 24/7 (rotating shifts) **
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Provide ongoing technical support to a wide range of corporate clients
Resolve technical issues related to hardware / software, operating systems and connectivity
Phone and email support
Continuing to improve SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets within a team environment
You have strong MS Office skills. Microsoft Outlook & Office, Windows NT Workstation, Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes and Windows XP are among some of the required shrink wrap applications that the call centre supports
You will be a very detailed and team oriented individual with strong communication skills. You will be required to problem solve, troubleshoot and exceed in a high pressure environment. You must be able to embrace the opportunity to learn something new and be intrigued by technology.
