Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field, or the combination of equivalent education and experience is required. Very good mediation, facilitation and listening skills required. Experience teaching curriculum in the high school setting, in-service learning and civic engagement required. Experience in the development of core curriculum, program development and youth development preferred.

Medical background experience preferred. Must be certified or become certified in related youth program activities within one (1) year. Experience with data collection and reporting is required. A minimum of two (2) years experience working with youth required.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.(occasional nights and weekends) A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record is required, and must be maintained gy the employee for continued employement in this role.
