This role will be responsible to provide financial and clerical services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts receivable. To process daily batches of checks against open accounts receivable. Balance daily activity utilizing check logs. To follow-up on incomplete payments such as skip payments, under payments and over payments. Maintain accuracy of periodic service billings. Print and mail customer statements and invoices based on defined system rules. Generate special customer billing requests and research customer payment history.

Bilingual (English, French)
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Ability to read and identify data from checks, including payee, signer, check number, application instructions
Familiar with AR concepts including aging reports, bad debts, days-sales-outstanding (DSO) and audit confirmations
Conceptual understanding of the revenue process including: timing of revenue entries, sales posting concepts
Advanced Excel skills necessary, Pivot Tables
Interpersonal, team and partnering skills
