Senior Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solutions Consultant and key member of Nakisa’s Field Operations team, you are responsible for offering both technical and functional support to our sales team and partners. You will work closely with the Account Executives to demonstrate and present Nakisa solutions in the market and will add value to the sales team by contributing to license and service revenue generation. You will become a trusted advisor to our customers (especially HR and IT) including providing solutions to business challenges, and answering any functional and technical questions around SAP and our products.
Responsibilities
Support account executives in various pre-sales activities (RFP responses, proposal submissions, demonstration and presentation preparations, etc.).
Provide demonstrations of Nakisa products based on customer needs.
Manage opportunities independently or with minimal supervision. Can prepare and execute a customer strategy independently, and knows when to involve other team members or departments to increase quality or mean delivery timeline
Work with Product Strategy team to align on Product Development and influence based on Customer experience
Work with Professional Services Team to come up with winning strategies for customer implementations and upgrades
Work with account executives to define strategy and optimum solution based on customer needs.
Work with Technology partners such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Microsoft.
Collaborate with Nakisa’s Professional Services group for seamless transfer of pre-sales accounts to post -sales account.
Ensure service estimates, high level requirements and customer expectations are captured and clearly communicated.
Provide timely and accurate reporting for all pre-sales activities.
Mentor new team members through the training plan within the department
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing role with a large, multi-national software/technology organization
Experience with ERP projects & knowledge of the Nakisa solution portfolio in presales, consulting or implementation roles
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales related activities (sales support, presentation, product demonstration, request for proposal, end user training)
Understanding of sales cycle, customer motives and buying criteria
Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of presenting to group sizes from 2 - 30 people at all levels in the customer organization, from C level to support staff, to technical & non-technical audience, in public or private sector
Strong analytical, problem solving and process oriented abilities
Ability to partner across various functional groups including account executives, professional services, product development, marketing and strategic partners
Ability to work independently as well as in virtual teams
Willingness to take responsibility and drive engagements
Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals
Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems
Capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with partners and customers
Customer and sales focus with the ability to influence prospects
Excellent communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken).
