They are currently seeking a Receptionist/Junior Administrative Assistant who is eager to get their foot in the door and establish a long term career within the organization. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact meeting and greeting clients, coordinating boardroom bookings and ensuring that the reception area runs in an organized and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Answering a large multi-line switchboard phone system
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinating boardroom bookings for approximately 15 boardrooms
- Sending and receiving packages through courier service
- Tracking inventory of supplies
- Processing expense reports
- Document preparation using Microsoft Office
- General administrative tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications
Post secondary education is required - degree in Business or a related field is an asset
Experience working in an administrative or reception position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Must be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
