We have an immediate opening for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant at our Dartmouth location. The ideal candidate will possess:
Proficiency with MS applications & Photo shop
Initiative and capability to learn new software
Ability to create marketing documents such as electronic newsletters, print ads, and website updates
High attention to detail in their work
Experience in updating and maintaining website
Experience with accounts receivable & payables along with other administrative support duties
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
The successful candidate should be:
A self starter
Above average computer software skills
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Adept at multi tasking
